Bottled at 47% ABV, it delivers the bold, unfiltered character of El Valle’s mature Blue Weber Agave with no shortcuts, no additives, and no compromise.
Nuestras Raíces—Spanish for “Our Roots”—honors centuries-old techniques and ancestral knowledge passed down through generations. Every bottle reflects Humberto's dedication to tradition and purity, using nothing but mature 100% Blue Weber Agave and natural spring water sourced just 100 meters from the still.
