I haven't opened it up yet but I know it will be excellent. A friend of mine wants to wait until the nights get cooler so we may enjoy our drink by the outdoor firepit. Have a few pours and talk story!
1792's Sweet Wheat Bourbon tastes more like many of the relatively delicate and light Japanese whiskeys than a traditional Bourbon. There are several other wheat-centric Bourbons with more character and richness.
Wow - way more delicious than I expected. It was sweet with a bit of grilled smoke like taste, really never had anything like it. Made awesome cocktails and shots with the fam.
This is a wonderful bourbon. Aged double oak for the win.

Let alone loving the bottle, the process of ordering was very simple. It was a good price, shipped quickly, and wrapped to the point that there was no way anything would ever break. Pb express has earned my trust.

3 out of the 4 bottles in the package arrived in tact. The fourth bottle had a cracked red wax seal broken and the cork head came off the cork from inside the bottle. small leakage was involved but not happy about it.
The 250 bottle looks amazing! Quality job packing the bottles and shipping was great. I added a free 250 label from Makers Mark and with that on and the bottle purchased is a great combination.
