The third release in the Sherry Garcia series from Dark Arts Whiskey House blends bold Kentucky high-rye bourbon with the richness of Oloroso sherry finishing. Aged for about 8.5 years, this bourbon was transferred to Oloroso sherry casks to deepen its profile before bottling. Non-chill filtered and presented at cask strength, it’s a limited edition that balances spice, fruit, and oak in powerful harmony.
