H by Hine VSOP Cognac - A VSOP from Hine. It is a blend of around over a dozen Grande and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie with the youngest in the blend being aged for at least 4 years. Enjoyable neat and it also makes a perfect base for many cocktails both long and short.
In response to growing demand for a cocktail-friendly cognac, Eric Forget, HINE's Cellar Master, collaborated with the French Bartenders Association to create H by HINE. The selection is a harmonious blend of 20 cognacs from grapes grown in the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, all aged a minimum of four years.
Founded in 1763, for more than 260 years, HINE Cognac has followed the traditions of founder Thomas Hine, who traveled from England to France to learn how to make the world's finest bespoke cognacs. Today, now in its sixth generation of Hine family leadership, HINE is internationally acclaimed for its specialty in single vintage cognacs, as well as its exclusive portfolio of extra old cognacs, VSOP and VSOP XO blends
