One of John's only clear unaged spirits, his Vodka is a smooth 80 proof. Before the fire of 1918 on the 4th of July, John would throw a huge party at his distillery in Owensboro. A favorite event was the mixed drink competition. Although John had an abundance of premium aged Mountain Dew, Green River and his Kentucky Moonshine, a clear spirit was a prerequisite for many recipes. John and his family have kept this tradition going and after 140+ years an interesting fact is Lemmon based mixed drinks have been most popular. Enjoy History
