Larceny Barrel Proof Batch B525 goes all-in on the sweet flavors bourbons are known for, which is amplified due to the wheat in the bourbon’s mashbill. These flavors include caramel, brown sugar, and honey, with an ever-present cinnamon note adding just a sprinkling of spice. Light seasoned oak, graham cracker, and leather join the mix, but they take a backseat to the more present traditional flavors this batch has to offer.

Aroma: Toasted bread, with Maple and Cinnamon, Caramel, Brown sugar, Toasted oak
Taste: Rich molasses coats the tongue, with notes of fig and hazelnut. Cinnamon, Honey, Brown Sugar and Caramel.
Finish: Nuanced flavor fades into a lingering warmth of Cinnamon. There is also some Graham Cracker, Leather and Tobacco.
