Kentucky Moonshine: Todays consumers are surprised to know Kentucky Moonshine was a blend of John’s best aged whiskey. If there was whiskey left from bottling at the end of the day it was put in an eternity tank. Some of John’s best 16 year old often made its way in the tank. When all agreed it was a perfect blend, it was bottled.
