Leveraging its unique natural environment, it uses high-quality local glutinous sorghum, wheat, and water as raw materials. It is meticulously brewed over five years using the scientific, unique, and traditional Daqu (Dou) liquor craftsmanship techniques. It boasts a prominent and full-bodied sauce aroma, an elegant and delicate flavor, a long aftertaste, and a lingering aroma.
