Old Fitzgerald Bottled In Bond 11 Year Fall 2025 Release

Each spring and fall, a new edition to the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Decanter Series is released. Inspired by an original 1950's Old Fitzgerald diamond decanter, the packaging and series honor both the history of the Old Fitzgerald brand and the historic Bottled-in-Bond designation. The Old Fitzgerald line is well-known for its distilling pedigree, as the brand was first registered in 1884 and was eventually sold to "Pappy" Van Winkle during Prohibition. In 1999, Heaven Hill bought the brand and began distilling it at Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, KY. Today, in addition to our Old Fitzgerald Decanter Series, the legacy of Old Fitzgerald lives on in our other wheated Bourbons expressions: Larceny Small Batch and Larceny Barrel Proof.

The Old Fitzgerald Bottled in Bond Fall 2025 Release is an 11-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon, produced by Heaven Hill from Fall 2014 barrels. Bottled at 100 proof in a signature, 1950s-style decanter with a black label, this 16th edition of the series features notes of caramel, oak, and baking spice

The mash bill aligns with Heaven Hill’s traditional high-corn recipe, delivering a soft, full-bodied profile. Revered for its historic ties to luxury rail lines and steamships, the Old Fitzgerald brand continues to symbolize hospitality, heritage, and refinement.

Palate: Creamy and viscous with notes of cinnamon apple pie, brown butter, vanilla, and hints of black licorice.

Finish: Sharp with earthy, leather, and tobacco notes, along with oak and orange peel
