This product is bottled at 43% ABV and packaged in a 750ml bottle. A standout Gin known for its unique style and bold character, this iteration of Gin is one of the finest Gins to come out of Ireland.
Made of 100% Wheat-based, Neutral Spirit, our gin undergoes a 16-18 hour cold steep & is distilled in a single copper pot still, ensuring an unparalleled depth of flavor. Wilde Irish Gin is non-chill filtered, which celebrates the essential oils and ensures that every sip is a unique experience.
Tasting Notes:
In true artisan fashion, WILDE is clear with little to no discoloration. On ice the non-chill filtered spirit adopts a cloudy, slightly blue pigment synonymous with artisanal gins.
NOSEA bold intense citrus and floral gin with opening floral notes followed by perfectly balanced citrus fruits and lingering bitter orange peel. (Aeration enhances the aromatics).
TASTEA very smooth, well-rounded gin that opens with tartness on the palate. Mid-palate the camomile and wild Irish heather blend for a citrusy-sweet floral base.
AFTERTASTEA distinctly long yet subtle aftertaste. Our gin is impeccably distilled expertly disguising the fact that it is a 47% base spirit.
