DESCRIPTION
A beautifully crafted, classic name from Napa, the 2018 Special Selection is rich and opulent with a dark nose of blackberry and currant which carries through to the palate. Notes of anise and crème de cassis add further complexity through the long, extracted finish. The texture has a velvety quality with supple density. Rich, fine-grained tannins are balanced with ripe fruit, acidity and oak.
