The 2025 edition of Dos Artes Calavera Doble Barrica Añejo is a limited-release tequila that merges artistry with craftsmanship. Produced in Jalisco, it undergoes a dual-barrel aging process—rested first in American oak before being finished in French oak. This method enhances both sweetness and spice while preserving agave character. Its collectible hand-painted calavera decanter embodies Día de los Muertos heritage, making it both a fine spirit and a showpiece.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Roasted agave, vanilla, caramelized sugar, and warm oak spice
Palate: Rich layers of oak, dried fruit, chocolate, and honeyed sweetness
Finish: Smooth, long, and balanced with spice, toasted oak, and lingering caramel
