This double-oak treatment doubles the wood’s influence, creating bold depth and complexity. Using a sweet mash method, Peerless handles all production—from grain to bottle—in Louisville, Kentucky. The bourbon is barrel-proof, non-chill-filtered, and bottled at variable strengths typically between 107–110 proof.
