True to Pinhook’s unique annual-release philosophy, every bottling reflects a specific blend of barrels and proof profile, celebrating the individuality of each year’s aging journey.

Distilled and aged in Kentucky for five years, this 2025 expression is bottled at cask strength (119.2 proof), uncut and unfiltered to preserve its full intensity. Crafted from a high-corn mash bill, it delivers Pinhook’s signature balance of sweetness, spice, and depth — perfectly capturing the warmth and vibrancy of Kentucky bourbon.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Deep amber with copper undertones.

Nose: Brown sugar, orange peel, toasted oak, and vanilla bean with a hint of spice.

Palate: Rich caramel and baking spice layered with cinnamon, honey, and roasted nuts.

Finish: Long and warming with notes of charred oak, cocoa, and subtle fruit sweetness.
