The transformation allows Baker's Bourbon to be as uniquely positioned in the Small Batch Bourbon Collection as its namesake Baker Beam is in the Beam family of distillers.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Rich aromas of dark vanilla, warm caramel, and toasted oak. This is accented by classic Beam-style nuttiness (dusty peanut brittle and roasted almonds), baking spices (cinnamon and clove), and subtle undertones of dark fruits or dried apricot.

Palate: Full-bodied with a medium thickness. It leads with brown sugar and sweet caramel sweetness, quickly followed by robust oak tannins, roasted nuts, pipe tobacco, black pepper, and nutmeg. A touch of dark fruit (plum or raisin) and dark chocolate often emerges alongside a satisfying barbecued wood char.
