The ABERFELDY Exceptional Cask Series is a passion project of Malt Master Stephanie Macleod, in which she carefully monitors maturation and flavour development in each cask until the desired flavours have been achieved, at which time the whisky is deemed ready to be bottled. Aberfeldy 25 Year Old Exceptional Cask Series is a small batch, limited edition release. Distilled and bottled in Scotland.
