Agave: Produced with 100% Blue Weber Agave from the lowlands of Jalisco, known for its earthy and herbal characteristics.
Distillation: Double distilled in traditional copper stills to preserve the authentic agave flavor while enhancing smoothness.
Maturation: Rested for 11 months in American white oak barrels, just shy of Añejo classification, delivering depth and elegance with a golden hue.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Subtle vanilla and oak with roasted agave, light honey, and a whisper of citrus zest
Palate: Balanced and mellow with flavors of soft caramel, cooked agave, toasted almond, and light pepper
