Aging for three additional years in maple barrels atop Tanyard Hill influences the flavor of the rye, bringing out notes of dried fruit, chocolate, and caramel perfumed with tobacco and clove.
The palate builds to a sweet maple finish, softening the peppery rye spice, creating the perfect sip for the season.
