Distillery History
The Little Book series is a passion project of Freddie Noe, grandson of Booker Noe, and part of the legendary Beam family. Produced at the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, Kentucky, Little Book pushes the boundaries of blending while honoring deep-rooted traditions. Chapter 9 embodies this vision, paying homage to the whiskey pioneers whose foundational flavor profiles continue to shape the future of American whiskey.
