Preservation Estate Pot Distilled Kentucky Rye Whiskey is produced in Bardstown, Nelson County, using a traditional micro single-batch pot distillation method. The mashbill includes Northern Artisan Rye, Heritage Corn, and Roasted Barley, creating a distinctive grain profile with depth and texture. Aged for 7 years in Kentucky rickhouses, this rye develops a naturally viscous mouthfeel, concentrated flavor, and mature oak influence. Bottled at 58.6% ABV, each 1–3 barrel batch reflects the unique character of small-scale distillation and careful barrel selection.

Nose: Caramel, spiced pear, roasted pecan, toasted grain, and warm baking spice.
