This exquisite whiskey features Canadian whiskey from 2000 and 2001, KY corn whiskey distilled in 2013, American Light Whiskey from 2016 and rye distilled in Indiana in 2015 and 2016.
At Proof & Wood Ventures, Inc., the focus is on investing in and developing spirits brands, as well as aging their own spirits. The company's name reflects the two essential elements they control as blenders and finishers of fine spirits: the proof at which the spirit is bottled and the wood of the barrel in which it is aged. These factors are paramount to the flavor of any spirit.
