Pursuit United Double Oaked Bourbon is a release from Pursuit Spirits built on the brand’s blended straight bourbon foundation. After initial maturation, the whiskey undergoes a secondary oak finishing process using seasoned French oak staves that have been air-dried and toasted. This additional oak exposure is designed to enhance depth, sweetness, and texture while maintaining balance across the blend.
The double oaking approach focuses on amplifying classic bourbon characteristics—such as caramel, vanilla, and oak—without overwhelming the underlying structure. Bottled at 108 proof, this expression delivers richness and concentration while remaining approachable for seasoned bourbon drinkers.
