Bottled at 127.68 Proof (63.84 ABV), this bourbon is of exceptional quality, we decided to present these as a limited offering, catering to those seeking an elevated experience, not only in terms of taste but also in terms of presentation.
This limited release is distilled on a column still with a high wheat content, you’ll notice distinct flavors of brown sugar, crème Brulé, toasted oak, wheat bread, and baking spice.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: creme Brule, strawberry jam, fresh baked bread, vanilla custard, toasted oak, tobacco, and caramel.
Taste: silky mouthfeel; vanilla cake batter, maple syrup, sweet oak, dried berries, pipe tobacco, nutmeg, cinnamon, honey, and sticky toffee.
Finish: long finish with rich punches of toffee, caramel, and toasted bread leading into charred oak, vanilla custard, baking spice, and light fruits.
