Teeling Single Malt 15 Year PX Sherry Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is a California exclusive and limited release continuing the innovative line of Teeling offerings. Our Master Distiller Alex Chasko is renowned for his innovative cask selection when it comesto Irish Whiskey, creating expressions of true character. The whiskey has spent years maturing in an Ex Bourbon cask and then a further years in Ex-Sherry Wine cask before being decanted from cask number 29594. Limited to 270 bottles, non-chill filtered and bottled at 56.1% ABV, this is truly an Irish Whiskey to savour.
Tasting Notes:
NOSE: Apples, roasted nuts, red fruits & rum raisin
TASTE: Dark Chocolate, dried fruits & stewed pears
FINISH: A long dry finish with burnt sugar
