This malt blend is rested longer for smoothness and filtered at a higher temperature for richness. Every cask is nosed prior to blending to ensure the highest quality and consistency batch to batch. Bright golden color with a candied fruits, buttery shortbread, and citrus peel aroma. Flavors of dried fruit, soft spices (cinnamon/ginger), hint of oak give a smooth and well balanced finish.
