I enjoy Buffalo Trace and Eagle Rare. Both are rarely available in the state operate liquor stores. Whiskeys usually are not my pre ferred drink. Sazerac is a tasty, smooth surprise. I did go out and purchase the makings for a Sazerac cocktail. Terriffic.

Really enjoy collecting these yearly releases from woodford reserve, the flavor profile is consistent and doesn’t disappoint. The price is always good as well not marked up like the secondary market.I have absolutely found my new hobby and the sky is the limit.

Good value in a 12 year whiskey. Great sip with depth and a lingering finish.

The 8 year version is an all-timer. This one is solid but it’s overwhelmed by the oak, meaning it’s a significant step down from the previous batch.
I think it has a mild taste with notes of oak and cherries. lol. I just threw the oak and cherries in there for pretentious fun. I just think it tastes good.
